Returns & Refunds
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product to the address below for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method. We process refunds within 2 business days. Please remember it can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds.

- The product did not arrive within 15 days, not inclusive of the 1 to 2 processing days. You can request for a refund or a re-shipment.
- You received the wrong item.
- You simply do not want the product you ordered. You may request for a refund but you must return the item at your expense. Returned items must be in brand new condition, unopened and in its original packaging.
- The package did not arrive due to customer error, e.g. shipping address provided was inaccurate or incomplete
- Your package did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control. e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster.
- Your package was delivered but you did not receive it. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue by filing a claim for the missing package
- A refund request has been submitted after the 15-day return policy has expired.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
